Programm

The guardian brings the children to the course location and picks them up at the end of the course and is also present at the beginning and end of the course for about 2 hours each. During the course the guardian must be available (e.g. homesickness or other unexpected events).

We will spend 3 days and 2 nights outside. We will take the set up of the camp from a basic SOS course for adults.
The goal of this course is to learn to be as comfortable in nature as at home and to apply what we have learned to everyday civilization. The children can spend their time outside in a varied and playful way so that they can enjoy every moment and consciously experience their joy of nature in the moment.

In the children's course, most of the topics from the adult basic course are treated in a child-friendly way. It teaches how to live outside in and from nature without it becoming an event or a playground imported from the city. Emphasis is placed on respect and understanding of everyday life. Joy, fun and play result from the process, which should give the children a sense of independence, team spirit and manual creativity. The subject of hygiene is also treated as an important part of the course.

For all parents and guardians who do not yet know the SOS, we recommend participation in the SOS basic course as a confidence-building measure. However, this is not a prerequisite for the admission of the child to the children's survival course.
